The "Fixmebus Gateway" is the LAN link between any system and a Fixmebus environment. This board powers and drives a Fixmebus link, which is a 24 [VDC] powered RS485 half-duplex cousin of Modbus RTU using Ethernet cables, created by Joël Huser Électronique. A powerful Moxa Miineport E1 provide a COM over LAN link, from TCP/IP to UART. The UART TX and RX connexion from the Moxa to the Fixmebus A and B signals is converted by a SN65HVD08D half-duplex RS485 driver, which can be powered with 3,3 or 5 [VDC]. The circuit accepts a 24 [VDC] power input up to 10 [A] with an external DC fuse, to power the Fixmebus at one point of the network.
